The following is the Audition Registration Form for The Toronto Youth Music Theatre Company's 2008-2009 Season. Please note, a parent or legal guardian MUST remain at the audition during the candidate's entire audition session. Audition sessions will be 1.5 hours in duration.

The Toronto Youth Music Theatre Company is very proud of the musical theatre education that we provide; we take our program and its value to heart. Our audition process is highly structured. There will be a panel of professional artists observing the students. These artists make a commitment to attend this exciting event. We ask the same of any student who is registering for an audition appointment. There is a refundable $25.00 audition fee, payable ONLINE by credit or debit card to Paypal, at the time of registering for the audition. If the student has attended the audition, and is NOT accepted into the program, TYMTC will refund the fee upon notification. If the student has attended the audition and IS accepted, TYMTC will automatically credit the student’s tuition for the upcoming year by $25.00. Those applicants who do not show up for their scheduled audition time, or who are offered a spot in TYMTC but decline their acceptance, will forfeit the $25.00. Audition time selection is on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate which audition time is preferred. TYMTC will try to accommodate your selection, subject to availability. A representative will contact you with your designated time.

If my child is offered admission in to the 2008-2009 program and I accept TYMTC's offer, I understand that two cheques (i.e. $800.00 plus gst) must be mailed immediately, along with a completed Admittance Registration Form. The cheques are to be dated June 16 and August 1, 2008; each cheque represents 50% of the program fee (($815.00 for the 1st cheque, due to the $25 credit from the audition fee; $840.00 for the second). I understand that I will be refunded only $420.00 if I withdraw my child from the program before August 1 and the August 1st post-dated cheque will be returned. No refunds will be made after August 1st, as TYMTC offers limited enrollment to a selected group of highly motivated and committed students.
